A.   THINGS IN THE HOUSE

All my dear students and friends, today we will learn about things we can find in our houses, schools and also many kinds of public places. Okay, we start it with “Things in the house”, according to its name, things in the house means that kinds of objects we can find in the house, so what are they?

B.   ROOMS AT SCHOOL

1. Classroom is a room used for teaching and learning activity among a teacher and students.
2. Administration room is a room used for administration staffs to support learning and teaching process.
3. Teachers’ room is a room for teachers before or after teaching in the classroom. 
4. Headmaster’s room is a room used for headmaster (principal) in charge of managing the process of teaching and learning.
5. Library is a room for placing kinds of books to read or borrow.
6. Computer room is a room for teaching and learning activity of teaching and learning in which it is equipped computer sets. 
7. Science Laboratory is s a room containing scientific equipment where students are taught science subjects such as chemistry.
8. Hall is a large room that can hold a lot of people and is used for meeting and school events.
9. Students Organization’s room is a room used students’ leadership in discussing and planning the students’ events.
10. School Medical Room is a room used for handling unhealthy students.
11. Canteen is a place or a room where meals foods are served to the students or teachers.
12. Parking area is an area or a place where students or teachers can leave their vehicles, such as bicycle for students and motorcycles or cars for teachers.
13. Garden is a place that has area of plants, trees, and grass, and that students or teachers can visit and walk around.
14. School yard is the large open area with a hard surface just outside a school building, where the students can play and do other activities such as doing sport.
15. Store room/ Storage is a room used for putting unused goods.
16. Counselling room is a room used to advice which a therapist or other teacher gives to someone about a particular problem.
17. Restroom is one of school facilities which we know as lavatory/toilet.

We can find many public places around us, wherever we are, we usually find them. Public places are places which we can find anywhere for public facilities function.
